I understand that car repairs and maintenance are no fun. In addition to the expense they are also inconvenient. At my shop I am taking some steps to hopefully make them a little less painful. Some of my ideas are listed below.
Appointments:
All of the work in my shop is scheduled. This helps to ensure quality repairs completed in a timely fashion. This also helps with parts availability. I know that sometimes emergency repairs are necessary and these are always worked into the scheduling with a priority.
Hours of Operation:
I want to be open when you need me. It’s that simple. By scheduling the workload with appointments (above) I can adjust the hours of operation to suit both of our needs. Early mornings, lunchtime or even Saturday afternoon are not a problem. I encourage you to discuss your scheduling needs with me.
Local Pickup and Delivery:
I am a strong believer in test driving cars. It helps me diagnose problems and ensures that my repairs are complete. Because I will be driving your car anyways it only makes sense to arrange for local pickup and delivery. The area is easy to navigate and my shop is located just off Hwy 35. This makes Ingleside, Aransas Pass, Portland and Rockport all within a reasonable test drive.
Availability:
If you have read through some of the other pages you know that I like good communication. I pride myself on being easy to reach.
